Abercrombie & Fitch's Hole Gets Bigger
I haven't been in an Abercrombie & Fitch store since I used to hang out at the mall everyday with all the cool kids, but the store just got served. Legally.
Already doing worse than most retail stores (sales plunged 29% last month), A&F now has to pay $155,000 to a 14 year-old with autism, because employees wouldn't let her sister help her in the dressing room. You know, because they might be trying to steal some distressed-hem cargo denim.
A&F plans to appeal the decision, but whether or not the girl does get the money, let us all hope the experience has at the very least had a positive effect on her personal sense of style.
