hester_anne's review:

Generic, but generally tasty Thai and Vietnamese (and other, all-lumped-together Asian) food. They have two confusing and contending versions of Pad Thai - one "garlic" and one "coconut". I can't remember which was my favorite, but I think it was rare that I was disappointed. Getting in the door of this place is awkward - wheelchair or not.

Thanh Thao
Thanh Thao serves affordable "Thai and Vietnamese cuisine", though more in the vein of what Americans expect to eat at an 'Asian restaurant,' i.e., many dishes closely resemble or are in fact Chinese food. That said, the food is generally satisfying, well-portioned and cheap. I liked it enough to spend a birthday there one year. There's lots of options for carnivores and vegetarians alike, and they are big proponents of 'mock meat.' Good spring rolls, pad thai and curries- though they are not at all spicy. The daily lunch specials are always a good bet and they have excellent hot and sour soup. The service is a crapshoot, you'll either get incredibly nice servers or ones who ignore you completely. The entrance is also very, very awkward for anyone using a wheelchair (2 different doors to open, a steep ramp in front) and I would not recommend it based on accessibility. The food however, is tasty and economical....Read full review >
